Site Proposals document

Representation ID: 12969

Received: 20/02/2018

Respondent: Dr G M Courtier

Representation Summary:

The B1077 adjacent to this site serves the principle northerly access into Diss. Being narrow with bends at this point, provides poor access. Replacing the single dwelling at this location with a housing estate, could require major roadworks. Denmark Street and the congested streets of Diss, cannot take much more safely. Adding the huge expanse of nearby land being offered for development lessens the suitability of this site for dense housing even further.
