The proposed properties will back into my property. I object to this proposal for the following reasons:

* These properties will block out the little sunlight we get with a North facing garden which will leave our garden unusable for a large amount of time

* Blocking of existing field views

* Increased traffic noise

* Access road - the additional traffic especially around summer months/harvest when a large amount of tractors use the road

* I am very concerned about being overlooked. Our garden is not very big. Having a property at the back of our house which largely decrease our privacy.

I believe these factors will largely decrease the value of my property. I do not understand why they need to be built on the back our properties when further down the road there are fields which could be utilised without infringing on existing properties.
We moved to this location to enjoy the countryside - having a housing estate at the back of our property is taking this away from us and forcing us to live in a more urbanised area which is exactly the thing we moved away from.
