This large development includes GNLP 1019, recreational land in Hellesdon which must be removed. This site which includes the airport safety zone, would effectively remove the green buffer between Hellesdon and Horsford, resulting in both settlements losing their character and identity and creating an urban sprawl. Remote from Horsford, residents will use the facilities and services of Hellesdon putting additional pressure on already overstretched services, whilst adding to the already severe traffic congestion in Hellesdon
