At the moment Hethersett and Norwich/Cringleford are seperated. The size and location of this site breaches this. It would change the character of Hethersett and create an urban sprawl from the centre of Norwich to Wuymondham. Hardly what anyone living in the area (now or in the future) would want.
If (and only if) large scale development is required GNLP0177-A or GNLP0454 would appear to have a better chance of keeping Hethersett as a distinct entity.
