Developing this narrow piece of land would obstruct the open views from several properties that front the Limmer avenue estate on Harvey Lane and drastically reduce our house prices.
The Lane is very narrow with a blind bend and soon, the introduction of a very dangerous pedestrian margin at the beginning of this site. Development along Harvey Lane, which is very narrow and has the local school, popular village centre, playing field/area, public bar and bowls club a dangerous area for children, parents, horse riders, dog walkers, elderly/disabled residents/non residents who all current walk, ride and drive on Harvey Lane.
