This is part of Yare Valley Conservation area with multiple birds, deer, rabbit, pheasants.
It is in the river overflow area and the water table is less then a foot below the surface.
If 40houses are to be built, that is an extra 80 cars travelling up and down
Colney Lane. During construction there will be all the lorries and heavy machinery going down the residential area of
Colney Lane.
Access is poor.
