Representation Summary:

Hellesdon and Drayton are extremely short of recreation and open green spaces, this area represents the last remaining countryside in Hellesdon. An existing permissive path allows access to countryside and woodland and is very popular with walkers. Hellesdon is already committed to 1000 homes on the site of the golf course. If this area was also lost the community would have nowhere to walk away from developed areas. A loss of this last open space would cause a negative effect to the wellbeing of the community and local wildlife environment.
