Representation Summary:

No shop, school, and inadequate public transport to sustain a development of this size.

Full text:

Beighton is a rural village that does not have the capacity to support a development of this size. There are no shops in the village and residents have to drive to nearby larger villages and towns to acquire necessary supplies. There are primary schools in nearby Freethorpe and Lingwood with the nearest high school being in Acle and the much larger one in Thorpe St Andrew. Transport is also an issue. Roads are adequate for those able to afford a car but the public transport serving the village is sadly lacking. Broadband and mobile signal in the village is improving but is still considered inadequate.
