This (current) field is nearly always flooded so drainage is going to be a constant struggle, the field is about 3 to 4 foot lower than our garden-across the tributary- and our garden is a more than constant bog throughout the winter. Also, what sewerage will be used for these properties. We have no utilities and should one need to see a GP, or do any shopping and don't have a car it costs £10 each way to travel by taxi. Station Rd is constantly busy for use by both lorries and cars and parking here causes passing difficulties already
