1. The increase in traffic through the village, which already causes near miss collisions, especially at the the P O/shop crossroads and at the school, will cause the situation to be even more dangerous.

2. The very nature of Barnham Broom as a village will be much eroded giving rise to it as a 'townscape'.

3.the current development in progress here will have a risky exit/access onto Bell Road, next to a T junction. Here, often, in the face of on-comming farm/agricultural and large commercial vehicles, causes one to swerve onto the dirt side banks and even the pavement in order to avoid collision. Another housing development next to the current one mentioned will compound this problem and its risks.
