Lack of infrastructure. The village can accomodate only small scale developments as the existing roads are narrow and already have to handle heavy lorry through-traffic causing frequent holdups. An adjacent site is already committed to high density housing so new builds here would further add to population density out of all proportion to the size of the village. In addition link roads to B1108 and A47 are very narrow.
