I strongly object to this proposal on the basis this is very rural location served by narrow single track roads with no passing places and no infrastructure to support the development. It is some distance from services and main roads. There have been previous attempts to get planning in church lane which have failed due to lack of access and facilities. Further the land owner already has permision for 5 plus dwellings at Claxton manor which has been renewed but still failed to develop. He should develop those which have better access and infrastructure.
Despite being on top of the hill there is regular flooding in the adjoining roads and fields. This has been good agricultural land in the past which should continue to be used for that purpose.
