Encroachment on superior landscape of Yare valley. Also road safety issues. To access Bell Road from the existing development of BARN 1 and any future development behind it, vehicles will have to push out into Bell Road for a clear view because of the high banks both sides of the estate exit. This would be onto an already narrow road and a corner, in close proximity, which restricts the view of the entrance for vehicles approaching the bend from the Post Office crossroads. The proposed number of houses is much too high for this rural setting.
