Representation Summary:

From the application submitted, the available land is smaller, with poor ground conditions and elevations than that listed. Livestock appear to have thrived here and it will be a shame if this green space is taken away in favour of yet more concrete.

The land isn't easily suitable for access off a narrow lane, with limited visibility from the lane and I would consider this access dangerous for pedestrians.

Loddon is already overrun by cars and I fear that this development might introduce a further 40-60 cars to the locality and will stretch the infrastructure to breaking point.

I am very disappointed to see a small parcel of land off a green lane GNLP 0314 in Loddon, proposed as a preferred site and suitable for some 19 dwellings!

From the application submitted, the available land is confirmed as only 0.65 of a hectare and yet the agents have it listed at 0.74 hectares. The field is also listed as level, when in fact it is elevated in numerous areas and bordered by substantial drain/ditches which means that the ground conditions are porous, however livestock appear to have thrived there and it will be a shame if this green space is taken away in favour of yet more concrete.

The land isn't easily suitable for construction and access off Low Bungay Road extremely narrow, with limited visibility onto the narrow road and I would consider this access very dangerous for pedestrians and nearby neighbours.

Already, Loddon is overrun by cars in consequence of recent expansions and I fear that this proposed development that might introduce a further 40-60 cars to the locality, will stretch the existing infrastructure to breaking point.

This is a very poor site for further new builds and most definitely cannot and should not accommodate numerous dwellings as the current service infrastructure will not be able to support and the car and building machinery accessing the site onto the green lane will make it dangerous to walk and travel on the lane.

A very poor choice to form part of the local development plan and I shall seek as appropriate further support to express opinion.
