Site Proposals document

Representation ID: 13980

Received: 14/03/2018

Respondent: Nicki Lewis

Representation Summary:

This piece of land, though technically part of Horsford is actually remote from that village and geographically a part of Hellesdon. It forms a very important green space for the residents of Hellesdon and there is already precious little of it in the parish.
Development would adversley affect the special site of Drayton Woods.
Hellesdon has already lost a huge amount of green space due to providing 1,000 new homes on the Golf Course site. Further development will add to traffic problems in Hellesdon and create extra demand for already overstretched services, whilst any extra funding would go to Horsdford!
