I object to this proposal. The site is relatively isolated and any development would be a significant intrusion into open countryside. The lane nearest to it is narrow and poorly drained and consequently subject to flooding. Any development would increase traffic on Green Lane Hellington, which is narrow with several blind bends and again subject to prolonged flooding after heavy rain.
