Wrong houses! wrong site!
I support positive steps to help the housing shortage; young people are particularly effected.
However, this proposal suggests executive style homes, well out of the reach of younger couples.
In general brownfield sites should be developed before conservation areas.
Some negative impact on adjacent trees is probable.
Finally, has there been a projection of the likely number of residents in these five houses?
Twenty, twenty five people?
If this is the likely number then there will be much disruption for a limited gain.
