Only supported as it is a brownfield site. !2 houses in an area that has several council, social and private housing is far too many and will turn this corner into an urban landscape. There will only be three affordable with nine large expensive houses which are too expensive for most under the age of 50. Bergh Apton is a village not a suburb of Norwich so PLEASE cut down the number of houses and make them 3 bed and affordable housing. Huge estate houses such as those on Cookes Road do not suit a rural setting.
