This site includes GNLP1019 which is designated recreational land adjoining
existing hellesdon recreational land. It currently provides a green space.
The area is in the Norwich Airport safety zone and any residential development would be subject to heavy environmental noise and air pollution as well as the obvious dangers of being at the end of the runway.
Because of its location which is well away from Horsford village the main impacts of the proposal would be borne by Hellesdon which is already overstretched regarding services.
