This land will encroach upon the Wensum Valley and is close to Taverham Hall School and its historic park and woodland. Wensum Valley is a SSSI and should not be built on. Traffic through Ringland Hills is already dangerous and further development will only increase the problem further. The High School and local primary schools will not be able to cope with further development.
