I am a local resident whose family uses the proposed development site regularly.It is popular with local residents and those that live further away for dog walking or to visit the animal sanctuary The area proposed is and has alway been protected land due to it's abundance of wildlife. Development of the site would not only damage natural habitat but would also increase traffic along an already very busy road.In addition, the land, during autumn/winter is very boggy, developing the area would make the situation worse or even have an affect further along the valley.
