I am concerned about this number of houses on what has become a very busy road. It has become a rat run for traffic to get to the southern bypass, this number of proposed houses plus any further developments near to the NDR will use this as the quickest way through. The character of Beech Avenue with open land and Taverham Hall at the end will be totally spoilt with a larger junction from Ringland Road and yet another housing estate. I agree we need more housing but something in size more in keeping with the area would be better.
