Consideration must be given to the amount of traffic using Beech Avenue as a rat run to the southern bypass, with this increasing in future years given the amount of proposed housing adjacent to Taverham on the NDR. All the character of the road, with Taverham Hall at the end with its beautiful estate wall , will be taken out with a large junction and yet another housing estate. We need to retain as much character as we can in our village.
