This site as currently shown is totally unsuitable for such a large development.
Snow's Land was blocked for 5 days during the recent relatively light snowfall, and any access from Langley Road would probably need to be controlled by traffic lights during school term time. The number of vehicles accessing Langley School is immense. This is a very rural area, and the existing infrastructure (roads particularly) is eminently unsuitable for such a large development
