I object to more development along the Yare river valley. This area is full of wildlife. It is peaceful and tranquil, enjoyed by many. Having areas of natural woodland along a river valley is of huge benefit to the wellbeing of the people who enjoy it and to destroy it for the sake of more development would be irresponsible. The area is frequently flooded and the extra traffic down Gurney Lane in the development phase and afterwards would cause intolerable disruption to local residents.
