This development, along with GNLP0159, would place unacceptable burdens in relation to road traffic on both Beech Avenue,Ringland Road and The Street. These roads currently experience delays and congestion at peak times and school times. The junction of Beech Avenue and Fakenham Road is vile and more stationary traffic at this choke point is not conducive to good health for the general population or the school children who walk along the road to and from school.
