Full text:

This development, along with GNLP0457, would place unacceptable burdens in relation to road traffic on both Beech Avenue,Ringland Road and The Street. These roads currently experience delays and congestion at peak times and school times. The junction of Beech Avenue and Fakenham Road is vile and more stationary traffic at this choke point is not conducive to good health for the general population or the school children who walk along the road to and from school. In addition ringland Road is a narrow road which is barely adequate for existing traffic. Any attempt to alter it (by widening for example) would despoil a quiet country road as well as encourage more traffic over the weak road bridge at Ringland.
