I object to the proposed development.
This is a small village with very limited services - no mains drainage, no gas, no shop, infrequent bus service, etc - hence does not lend itself to housing development which would only place further stress on the existing infrastructure. The fact that this site is on elevated ground will have a further detrimental effect on drainage/flooding for this conservation area with the Common being SSSI. Surrounding roads are narrow (not 2 cars wide in places) and any removal of trees lining The Street would change the character and feel of the village.
