Representation ID: 14384

Received: 18/03/2018

Respondent: Mr Anthony Mullan

Representation Summary:

0133-E and 0133-F. With all the proposed development on the other side of Colney Lane, between it and the A47 Southern Bypass, it's even more important to preserve the green spaces of the Yare Valley which serve a large community to the South and West of Norwich City Centre as well as acting as an important refuge for wildlife and plantlife. Instead of ploughing up valuable green space we should be looking to reuse the plentiful (brownfield) land that already exists within the city limits. UEA development will not be impeded by denying access to these tracts of land.

UEA development will not be impeded by denying access to these two tracts of land. They should be forced to be more creative with the (extensive amounts of) land that they have already built on - they're supposed to be smart folk after all.
