I would like to express my strong objection to the proposed development of this site.

I live directly adjacent to this development and, like many of my neighbours, chose to live in this precise area because it was not overlooked and surrounded by open farmland and I would very very concerned that the proposed development would have a highly significant detrimental impact upon my property and that of my neighbours, both environmentally and in terms of value.

Snow's lane is very narrow road and access is already tight at times and the introduction of potentially another 140 cars would be catastrophic.

Loddon and Chedgrave have already been overdeveloped in the past few years and this has changed the area beyond recognition,. Congestion is commonplace and it has also created additional pressures on schools, medical and dental services.

I am astonished an dismayed that this site is being considered at all and even more so that we had to find out about it in this manner as I would have expected a formal notification given the proximity of it to my home,I am also concerned that many of my neighbours are elderly and may not have access online in order to be able to respond so I would request that information is sent out to all of my neighbours in paper form In order that they can be given an appropriate time period and mechanism to respond.

Gradually, the peace and tranquility of our beautiful villages has been eroded as more and more homes have been crammed in. We have already been subjected to too many new developments and enough is enough.

In summary, I strongly object to the development of this site and request that additional information is sent to all those potentially affected forthwith.
