This site is very inappropriate for use as more development or housing. The area around Beech Ave has become a death trap waiting to happen with so many vehicular movements since the ingnorant non development in TOTAL of the NDR. This means cars have increased to a dangerous level with members of the public trying to find a short cut to the southern bypass. Beech Ave is a times a no go zone with too many cars trying to fight in all directions.
This development will add to this dangerous situation.
