Such a proposal is senseless. Access via Gurney Lane is already tight for residents & made worse since UEA / Hospital staff park there. The site is a haven for wildlife and should remain so. Building 40 houses there would ruin the landscape and harm the local environment, as well as increase the traffic to significant levels. There are already plans to build over 1000 new homes off Cantley Lane & off Round House which are going to make massive changes to the local landscape. Therefore i strongly object to this part of the Yare Valley even being considered.
