This area is green belt area and is used for wildlife (heron, parakeets, foxes, monkjac and cuckoos in spring), the community use area to dog walk. There are problems in nearby roads with flooding in drains, water and sewage and this proposed land is lower so would be more problematic. Guerney land is narrow construction traffic would have difficulty with access and 80 cars for potential house dwellers would cause extreme conjestion. There is no public transport for house dwellers so they would have to use vehicles causing traffic problems.
