40 houses will have dramatic effect on the local infrastructure, with the potential for an additional 80 cars/day using a narrow lane already congested by locals and workers at the UEA and N&N Hospital.
Initial encroachment on the Yare Valley Green Infrastructure Corridor will have consequences that will impair its ability to function in the future.
The green corridor is currently well used and areas like this should be retained/increased to accommodate already planned and agreed development sites.
Ridiculous to build on a potential flood plain.
