Site Proposals document

Representation ID: 14548

Received: 19/03/2018

Respondent: Mrs Lynne Hammond

Representation Summary:

Although this proposal would include improvement of the Beech Avenue/Ringland Road junction, I believe that construction vehicles and the subsequent residential traffic would adversely affect local roads. The Street and Ringland Road were the original roads through Taverham and not constructed for current traffic usage. The Street is a narrow road, often difficult to navigate, especially when progress is hampered by a parked vehicle or oncoming large vehicle or coach. Its double bend is a further hazard. Increased traffic flow would further delay egress from Beech Avenue to the Fakenham Road, especially at peak times with the inherent lengthy queues.
