Use of a brownfield site which is an eyesore. Only supporting because this is the best option of all those put forward for the parish.
Major concerns for traffic which is likely to be from A146 junction onto Mill Road which is very dangerous. Also visibility at the Mill Road Crossroads from Mill Road is very restricted and becoming more dangerous with ever increasing traffic.If this proposal is adopted it would be essential to carry out road improvements at both these positions.
