The lesser of all the evils of the developments proposed for Bergh Apton.
This is a brownfield site which is an eyesore. However, major concerns for increased traffic through the village. The bus timetable is not frequent enough to enable usage for work purposes so public transport is not an option. The junction of the A146 with Mill Road is dangerous already without extra traffic. Also, visibility at the Mill Road Crossroads with Mill Road is extremely poor and measures would have to be taken to improve this.
