This site (and GNLP0094), both in Forncett End, should be considered for development only if road access to the sites were via The Fields (i.e. through the already committed adjacent site - TAC1) and thereby on to the Norwich Road (B1113). The alternative access on to Common Road and thereby onto the Norwich Road at the crossroads in Forncett End is completely inappropriate due to the single track nature of Common Road and the dangerously poor visibility at the crossroads, flanked as it is by Austhorpe House Nursing Home on one side and The Jolly Farmers pub on the other.
