This site - located within the parish of Tacolneston - could probably be realistically developed (with a maximum capacity of eight houses) as long as it were done in conjunction with the already committed adjacent site - TAC1 in order that both sites could utilise road access via The Fields with traffic exiting onto the Norwich Road (B1113).
