Given that Loddon has already had two major residential developments (Beccles Road and George Lane), it is difficult to imagine that further large scale developments can be justified - particularly as some of the mitigating measures (such as the promised George Lane/A146 roundabout) do not seem to happen. Please note that the overview drawing entitled Loddon CP shows the recent Beccles Road residential development as part of a GN Strategic Employment Site.
