THis site is on a very already busy small road on a difficult corner in between 2 schools. Added to this the NDR has now made this much worse. It's a "rat run'" especially between 8 and 9 . Beech AVenue is full in both directions and living on Maple Drive it's difficult to get out . The Doctors surgery is already a 4 week wait for appointments and doubt they have capacity for more residents and the schools are the same .
