The roads in this area CANNOT cope with these suggested developments - they can barely cope now. Particularly looking at the total of all the proposed developments around Taverham (1799 dwellings!). The NDR has only served to put massive pressure on roads through Taverham and Ringland (also combined with flooding issues). Ringland Road is single-track in places and highly unsuitable as a 'main road' but is used as such. To force an increase on to this road (which Beech Avenue developments undoubtedly will) is absurd.
Also the doctor's surgery would not be able to cope with such an increase.
