Swainsthorpe Parish Council are concerned about the impact of any further development in the village, given the lack of facilities and the already strained infrastructure. Access to the A140 is difficult with large queues forming, particularly at rush hour. The parish council strongly feel that the infrastructure needs to be improved before any further development is considered.
If this site proposes access directly on to the A140 the concerns would be heightened and considered completely inappropriate.
