This is a further proposed development of land that should be retained for Scarce Wildlife Resources and for the enjoyment of the Yare Valley. In particular the habitat of birdlife (including the rare Lesser Spotted Woodpecker is being attacked again. The site itself is too close to the floodplain and it is of great concern that flooding may not only occur on this site but any avoidance measures may have an adverse effect on the nearby developments also, particularly if the development of the Rugby Club also proceeds.
