Building more houses in this area would put an even greater strain on roads, schools and the one medical practice in Hellesdon without Hellesdon benefiting from any local taxes which would go straight to Horsford Parish Council. Traffic wise it would add to the noise and air pollution that Hellesdon already suffers from. We do not have enough green spaces in Hellesdon as it is.
