I feel it would be immoral to build a large housing estate of this size in this place because of 1) The current over saturation of services in Hellesdon which new residents would compete for (no new spaces to build extra parking and services within central Hellesdon), 2)The loss of the countryside and access to green spaces north of Hellesdon as It is already overdeveloped and lacking in green spaces and community land, 3) The impact of extra vehicles upon the air quality which is already poor in Hellesdon and not appreciating this impact upon on it's ageing population
