I vemently object to any plan to change the pasture and woodland at the bottom of Gurney Lane from what is a valuable area of natural beauty to yet another multi-story facility, whether it's housing or commercial use. Not only will it destroy this last bit of riverside and wetland and woodland landscape, it will consequently add to the traffic and parking issues faced by the residents of the surrounding area. As it appears on the map access would likely be from either Colney Lane or Gurney Lane. Neither would be acceptable to me or my neighbours.
