Site Proposals document

Representation ID: 14746

Received: 20/03/2018

Respondent: MR Marlon Fulcher

Representation Summary:

The proposal would mean losing access to the countryside by use of a permissive path that is much used by local dog walkers and residents. This access is highly important due to Hellesdon being overdeveloped and not having enough access to green space within it. This area should also be recognised as a 'green corridor' helping biodiversity from the wensum valley as identified in Hellesdon Neighbourhood Plan. In addition the impact upon services that are at capacity in Hellesdon would be felt by the residents who struggle to find parking and there Is no place to build more spaces.
