Any proposed development would seriously damage the quiet and peaceful charm of Chedgrave. Many residents have chosen to retire here to enjoy the views and quiet atmosphere. Walkers are attracted here and any further development would deter visitors from enjoying the footpaths between Snows Lane and Langley Park. There would be serious traffic problems in Langley Road and surrounding area. Do not spoil our village and devalue our properties.
