Representation ID: 14894

Received: 20/03/2018

Respondent: Mrs Teresa Mays

Representation Summary:

We have had enough of "affordable housing"in Loddon and Chedgrave. Chedgrave is a retirement village with no infrastructure for another 70 houses. Schools inadequate for the already expanding community. Doctors full to capacity, and no chance of an NHS dentist. We were promised green belt, not suburbia. Undoubtedly the buildings will be houses not bungalows, totally not in keeping with the already established environment, but obviously more profitable to the developer. We know housing is needed and the government dictates this, but surely to provide these new homes with the facilities they need a new town is the answer.
